We prepare all required export documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any product-specific compliance certificates for your market.
Every shipment is packed and labeled to your destination country's requirements. Our logistics team stays current on import regulations for all major markets.
From warehouse departure to final delivery, track your shipment online. We proactively notify you of milestone events — vessel departure, port arrival, customs clearance, and final delivery.
Every shipment is fully insured at no extra cost. In the rare event of transit damage, we handle the claim process and ensure you are made whole quickly.
Shipping costs depend on order volume, destination, and method. Sea freight for a standard pallet (approx. 60–80 cartons) to a major US or European port typically ranges from $350–$800. Air freight for the same volume is $1,500–$3,500. Express courier for small orders (2–5 cartons) is $200–$600. We provide exact quotes with every proforma invoice — no surprises.
We handle all export documentation on our side (China export clearance). Import customs clearance and duties in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. However, we provide all necessary documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any product-specific certificates — to ensure smooth clearance. We can also recommend customs brokers in major markets if needed.
Yes, absolutely. If you have an existing relationship with a freight forwarder, we are happy to coordinate with them. Simply provide their contact details and we will handle the handover at our warehouse. For buyers without a forwarder, we can recommend trusted logistics partners with competitive rates.
All shipments are fully insured. In the rare event of transit damage, we require photos of the damaged goods and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and either replace the damaged pairs in your next order or issue a credit — whichever you prefer. Our master carton packaging is designed to withstand international transit, and we reinforce high-wear points on every carton.
Tell us what you want to order and where it needs to go. We will provide a complete landed-cost estimate including packaging, shipping, and documentation.
