Our standard minimum order quantity is 30 pairs per style. You can mix sizes within each style, and we offer lower MOQ options (12 pairs) for select categories through our Low MOQ program. Visit our Low MOQ Orders page for details.
Pricing is tiered based on total order volume, with four tiers: Starter (30–99 pairs), Growth (100–499), Volume (500–1,999), and Enterprise (2,000+). Each tier unlocks deeper discounts and additional benefits. Contact our sales team for a detailed price list tailored to your market and order profile.
Yes. For Volume and Enterprise tier buyers, we offer custom design development — modify existing patterns or create entirely new designs with our in-house design team. Exclusivity agreements are available for qualifying partners to protect your market position.
We accept T/T (wire transfer) with a 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. For established partners, we offer flexible terms including L/C (letter of credit) and net-30 payment on repeat orders.
